I remember that day and the vehicle that would not sink was an old shore patrol pickup with a cap - sure would like to have some of those vehicles today - Herb Stickney ADR3

I remember the whole deck was full of cars, many US Government cars and trucks. One truck did not want to sink in Davy jones locker so the the gunnery people got a little practice. I have a bunch of slide pictures that I took that day too. Some of the crew was able to salvage some good auto parts befor they went over the side...........
